Specialty Heat Treating is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen in the communities where we operate.

Each year Specialty Heat Treating employees select charities to support through volunteer and fund raising efforts. They also decide as a committee how to allocate an amount of Specialty Heat Treating profits set aside each year for donations and facilitate a matching donation program for employees.

Specialty Heat Treating employees also participate in the Holland Lakeshore Link Program and volunteer as Junior achievement instructors. These efforts connect the fields of business and education to foster an understanding of the challenges each group faces in developing the future workforce.
